Jennifer began her career at Real Living in 2018 where she served as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Sales. Honing her skills in real estate she has propelled to the Director of Sales position where she is responsible for managing the sales activities of her agents, identifying key markets, staying on top of emerging trends, and collaborating with the rest of our team to elevate our agents to their peak potential. She firmly believes that in real estate and in life, ‘people don’t care what you know, until they know that you care.’
Jennifer studied biology and neurophysiology at the University of Maryland. From there, she began an illustrious path from Advertising Executive at CBS affiliate to Project Manager at the Department of Energy. Some of Jennifer’s skills include: the ability to motivate and lead a team, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
Megan has served as a creative team member of our Real Living company since Day One. When the company was originally formed in 2018, she served as a graphic designer, photographer and social media strategist. Now she leads a marketing team composed of a graphic designer, web developer, social media marketing strategist, digital marketing analyst, research analyst and other creatives who take our company to the next level.
She studied photography at Winthrop University for 3 years, has a degree from Coastal Carolina University, and has traveled both domestically and internationally for 15 years as a fashion and product photographer. Her specialties include commercial photography, videography, social networking and inspiring others to tap into their greatest potential.
As Director of Operations here at Real Living, it’s Charlie’s job to ensure the proficient operation and general stability of the company. He provides our agents, property managers, and staff with technological support for all aspects of the business; he also ensures the security, safety, health and welfare of all of our personnel, in the office and in the field; and he oversees the daily logistical and administrative operations that allow us to provide our clients with a professional and comprehensive real estate experience.
Charlie was born and raised in Morgantown, West Virginia. After attending college at West Virginia University, he committed six years of his life to the United States Army. Living in Myrtle Beach since 2000, there is nowhere else he’d rather call home.

Dawn was called to serve in the United States Air Force where she gave 8 years as a Staff Sergeant in Supply Logistics. She learned core values that she has applied to her life and career including Teamwork, Adaptability, Superior Decision Making Skills, Resourcefulness, Flexibility and Persistence.
After serving in the military, she went to work at Fortune Academy of Real Estate. Dawn managed over 14 school locations in South Carolina, with over 30 instructors, at the same time she graduated from Horry Georgetown Technical College with a degree in Arts. Her background includes 20+ years of customer service, attention to detail, and orderliness.
Dawn told us: “I love working with clients or customers to help them reach their goals. Whether you are looking for someone to manage your investment or looking for a place to call home, I am here to help!”
As a Property Manager, Dawn specializes in promoting an organized and systematic process to solve client’s pain points. Property owners and residents all receive her consistent focus to provide them with Integrity, Service Before Self, and Excellence in all she does. She works diligently to ensure a smooth, positive transition for tenants taking possession of their new residence, resulting in a happier tenant who will be more likely to pay rent on time, respect the residence, and renew their lease. Dawn’s goal is to always make decisions that increase her client’s income and investment.
